At Tactical Software Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality AI solutions and services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for the products and services we offer.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of custom AI solutions and services provided by Tactical Software Pty Ltd, refunds are generally not offered once work has commenced or services have been delivered. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A clear technical fault or deficiency in the product or service provided.

  • Failure to deliver agreed-upon services as outlined in the project proposal or contract.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please refer to the procedures outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

a. Prepaid Services:

For services that are prepaid (e.g., consulting fees, project initiation payments), a refund may be requested before work has commenced. Once work on your project has started, refunds will not be available.

b. AI Software Solutions:

For custom AI software or solution development, refunds will not be issued once the development process has begun, unless Tactical Software Pty Ltd is unable to fulfill the contractual obligations or deliver the agreed-upon solution due to internal reasons.

c. Subscription-Based Services:

If you have signed up for any subscription-based services (e.g., AI support services), you may cancel at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle. Future payments will be stopped immediately upon cancellation.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Please email us at support@tacticalsoftware.ai with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include your name, company, service or product details, and the reason for your request.

  2. Assessment: Upon receiving your request, we will review it based on the circumstances outlined above and respond within 7-10 business days.

  3. Outcome: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 10-15 business days of approval.

Please note that any bank processing fees or currency conversion charges will not be refunded, and any applicable refunds will be net of those charges.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Services that have been fully rendered, including AI strategy consultation, technical support, and training.

  • Custom software development after the delivery of the first working version, unless deemed faulty as per Section 2b.

  • Costs related to third-party tools, APIs, or external services integrated into your AI solutions.

5. Project Cancellations

If a client wishes to cancel a project after it has started, the following terms apply:

  • Up to 25% project completion: Clients will be entitled to a partial refund, less any costs incurred for work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Beyond 25% project completion: No refunds will be issued. Clients will remain responsible for any outstanding payments as per the project agreement.

6. Changes to this Refund Policy

Tactical Software Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
