Technology Consulting
We embed as a senior technical resource on complex projects — managing vendors, coordinating delivery, and bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution. Our consultants work across enterprise and government environments, bringing clarity to engagements where the stakes are high and the technology landscape is fragmented.
Software & Product Development
Where engagements require custom tooling, we design and build it. We also develop and operate our own B2B software products for the South African market, including AITenders — our tender discovery and bid preparation platform.

Founded to bring senior technical expertise to enterprise and government delivery, Tactical is an independent technology consultancy based in Cape Town. We work with a small number of clients at any time — which means you get direct access to experienced consultants, not a team of juniors. Our work spans digital operations, enterprise project delivery, and government contracting. Alongside our consulting practice, we build and operate our own software products, including AITenders, a tender discovery and bid preparation platform for South African businesses.
Meet Our Founder
With over 15 years in digital operations and enterprise technology delivery, Jason has led complex projects across media, enterprise, and government environments. As Head of Digital Operations at eMedia Holdings, he scaled platforms serving millions of users across e.tv, eNCA, eVOD and OpenView. Since founding Tactical, he has partnered with major corporate and government contracting engagements across South Africa, bringing clarity and senior technical leadership to programmes where execution matters.
Jason holds a BSc in Informatics (UNISA) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Wits Business School).
